Kitchen Design Model

Interior design models tend to be built at a larger scale compared with architectural models.

This 1:20 model is built on a 2mm MDF form cut on a scroll saw. Detail is added with card, part of a CD case, Oak and 1mm Beech plywood for the door, drawer and shelves.

It is possible to cut thin ply with a Stanley knife and glue with PVA to give a strong, good looking model.
